The Auckland Masters Rangitoto Swim, sponsored by Eagle Technology, took place on Sunday 21st March. The 4.6km swim is the 4th in a series of 4 ocean swims that take place every year. Eagle Technology sponsors both the Bays Swim and the Rangitoto Swim.
Numbers participating have increased over recent years; this year 464 people entered the water at Rangitoto with transport filled to capacity.
Eagle congratulates Brent Foster (55.46) and Fiona Mackay (1.09.56) who were winners of the wetsuit division Male and Female, and Pearson Williams (1.07.31) and Natalie Woodgate (1.06.36) who were were winners of the non-wetsuit division Male and Female. Pearson and Natalie win the Eagle Technology Cup.
Natalie also won this year's Bays Swim which is a stunning achievement as she is just 14 years old.
Eagle's Kevin Allen also swam this race, coming in at 26th overall, so we congratulate Kevin also for a great effort.
