Terms and Conditions

  • You must subscribe to the GIS user email to be eligible to borrow publications.
  • A maximum of three books only may be borrowed at a time.
  • Loans will be permitted for a period of up to 30 days, at which time the books must be returned to SES at your own cost.
  • Books will only be loaned to an organisation, not an individual.
  • SES will invoice the cost of postage and handling to your organisation.
  • Payment should not at any time be sought from Eagle Technology Group Ltd for the cost of distributing the books.
  • Eagle Technology Group Ltd will retain ownership of the EAGLE Library books at all times.
  • Failure to return a publication at the agreed time will result in a warning from SES. If the book is still not returned, the organisation is liable for the replacement cost of the book and will be invoiced by Eagle Technology Group Ltd for the replacement value of the publication in question.
