Training Update 2010
Glenn Roberts has moved to take a pre-sales role elsewhere. Glenn has been SAP BO trainer for the past 7 years and will be sorely missed and we wish him all the best in his new role
Eagle Technology is committed to continuing our SAP Business Objects training program however we are reviewing some of the courses offered and the regularity with which we will offer these courses. The schedule for the next few months is now up on our website.
You will see from this schedule that we are focusing on the more commonly requested courses (Web Intelligence Report Design, Desktop Intelligence Report Design and Universe Design) to start with. The more advanced technical and administrative courses will be offered on a six monthly basis in Auckland and Wellington, provided we have a minimum of 6 confirmed attendees.
If however these public courses fall outside of your timeframes and requirements we can provide training via our consultancy team at an hourly rate plus "incidentals".

Class Information
All courses commence at 9am and are scheduled to conclude at 4pm. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea are all provided. Official SAP BusinessObjects Manuals are also provided
Confirmation of Enrolment
Confirmation will be made once we have received a completed Training Booking Form or Purchase Order Number. Your official confirmation will be may delivered telephonically, then backed up via email or fax with course times, location, directions, etc. You should receive your confirmation letter within 2 business days of registering.
Payment Options
Payment is due upon invoice. Payment can be made by either;
- Checking against units sold under the Training Packs or
- Direct Debit into the Eagle Technology account (as stated on invoice)
- Become an Eagle Client (by completing New Client Form)
Airfares and Accommodation
If travelling domestically or overseas, we recommend that you purchase airline tickets that are refundable in the event of a class cancellation. Any hotel accommodation is the responsibility of the student.
