The Eagle SAP Business One Team
The Eagle Business Applications Team comprises three inter-related teams that work together to deliver business solutions to customers:
- Account Management is responsible for scoping projects, preparing bids, commercial arrangements and solution delivery and is the ultimate point of contact for all issues relating to each customer. Your Eagle Account Manager is your primary point of contact.
- Professional Services is responsible for installation of the requisite software, configuration, application and database development and all additional support for the services they deliver.
- Customer Care and Training is responsible for software procurement/licensing, training, help desk support and maintenance as well as client development.
