Eagle Technology enables clients to have confidence in the technical planning process by providing practical, targeted and independent quality assurance assessments.

The Independent Quality Assurance (IQA) assessment service is predominantly a collaborative technical review used by our clients to objectively and constructively validate project or proposal documents against an agreed set of criteria prior to acceptance.

This process enables management to make informed decisions with the confidence that irrespective of any technical complexity that a project/proposal is consistent with organisational strategy and criteria important to the business.

Our clients use this service for a variety of reasons including supporting compliance with PRINCE2®, ITIL, COBIT and other standards or regulatory guidelines they are mandated to follow. Some simply want a “sanity check” of the concrete business benefits from a non-entrenched technical reviewer to ensure the right questions are asked before committing to significant investment.

Whatever the reason, a specific set of IQA criteria are developed to specifically suit the needs of the client. This ensures that cumbersome and costly QA processes are avoided and the client receives a focussed result devoid of unnecessary and irrelevant content.
